FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) Technique
FUE is not a hair transplant technique. FUE involves extracting hair follicles one by one from the donor area using a specially designed micromotor under local anesthesia.
The greatest advantage of FUE is that there are no incisions or stitches. Hair follicles are harvested using a micromotor device. FUE is the most widely used technique worldwide and in Türkiye. It is both affordable and easy to apply, and the micromotor device always harvests hair follicles in a homogeneous, crosswise fashion. The grafts harvested during a hair transplant consist of 1, 2, 3, or 4 hair follicles. The experience of the specialist is crucial for harvesting 2-3 hair follicles, as the hair follicles must be removed without any damage during the extraction process.
Sapphire FUE Technique
During the hair transplantation canal opening phase, instead of metal slits, the canal is created using tips made of real sapphire, a precious mineral. Sapphire glass is the hardest glass in the world after diamond.
The advantages of using sapphire tips include the smooth, antibacterial surface of sapphire, which reduces vibration during the canal opening process, minimizing both trauma and tissue damage.
One of the most significant advantages of sapphire tips over other methods is the ability to transplant more densely.
Long Hair Transplant
In the Long Hair Technique, grafts are transplanted using long hair. No hair is shaved from any part of the head, including the donor area, in this technique.
Canals are opened using the Sapphire Technique to accelerate the healing process.
This technique allows hair transplantation to areas where hair is beginning to fall out or has completely disappeared.
Compared to other transplantation methods, the operation time and the hair transplantation process remain the same with the Long Hair technique.
No-Shave Hair Transplant
If the client’s bald area is suitable, we can perform a hair transplant without shaving. In this type of transplant, hair follicles are harvested using the FUE method. Then, channels are opened using the SAPPHIRE technique.
If deemed appropriate by Mr. Berkay, channels and transplants can be performed using DHI.
The donor area from which the follicles will be harvested is shaved with a machine. However, the recipient area is never shaved.
The post-hair transplant recovery process is identical.

Hair Transplant Procedure
1. Planning
Our experts determine the most suitable hairline, number of grafts and application plan for you.
2. Preparation
The area to be treated is sterilized and local anesthesia is applied so that you do not feel any pain.
3. Graft Collection
Grafts are usually collected from the nape of the neck, where the hair is most abundant and strong.
4. Opening of Channels
We create diamond-tipped microchannels in the area where the grafts will be transplanted, following the natural hairline. This is the most important step in hair transplantation.
5. Transplantation Process
We transplant the grafts taken from the nape of the neck to the designated area with the most appropriate density and angle.
6. First Wash
